Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapy based on the idea that we all have different parts inside us, each with its own role or perspective. These parts can sometimes get stuck or cause conflict. IFS helps you understand and heal these parts, bringing them into balance so you can feel more centered, calm, and at peace.


DBT is skill and strategy based and focuses on important aspects of the mind such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, keeping steady relationships, and practicing acceptance. I stinkin' love a good coping skill and want to get to know you for you so that we can develop your coping skill "setlist" to feel both helpful and useful for your daily routine.
